ChannelMoa may provide plugin support, user-requested content integrations, creator-linked content modules, or community-driven features. We reserve the right to approve, reject, remove, suspend, limit, or modify any plugin, content pack, or requested integration at our discretion.

You must not use plugins, custom feeds, creator integrations, or community tools in a way that infringes third-party rights, violates law, or exposes the platform to technical, legal, or reputational risk.

Content, channels, plugins, interface features, sports-related modules, app availability, and platform tools may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular content item, stream, plugin, category, or feature will remain permanently available.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, upgrades, technical incidents, regional restrictions, or third-party dependencies may affect service availability.

11. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to use ChannelMoa to harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, defraud, exploit, or otherwise harm other users, resellers, staff, partners, or third parties. We reserve the right to remove access, moderate content, restrict features, or take further action where conduct is considered harmful or inappropriate.
